Registration

To register for KinderKicks or Developmental, in addition to either paying online or bringing a check to the field, please print and complete an 1) NVSC Registration Form, 2) Code-of-Conduct Form, and a 3) Concussion Form.

To register for the free Spring Clinic, please print and complete the Spring Clinic Registration Form and bring it with you on Thursday. Be sure to circle "Spring Clinic" and you don't need to worry about providing the information underneath the signature box - it's for registering for a team.

Players who have been selected or assigned to one of NVSC's Competitive teams need to complete an 1) NVSC Registration Form, 2) Medical Release Form, 3) Code-of-Conduct Form, 4) Concussion Form and return it to their Team Manager along with their registration fee.
