North Valley Soccer Club is proud of our girls soccer pioneer, Leslie Welch. Coach Leslie comes to us with many years of playing and coaching experience and is well-known in the Valley of the Sun for her achievements in women’s soccer. Leslie comes from a long-time soccer family and says, "I love the game of soccer and working with these kids is a complete joy."

Coach Leslie Welch holds a United States Soccer Federation National "D" license. Leslie earned her Bachelors Degree in Sociology at Arizona State University and a Masters Degree from North Arizona University.  She has worked for several local clubs as a head coach and trainer during the past ten years and plays on three very successful women’s teams.
